The point at which the "choice" should be made is whether or not as a woman I should keep my legs together. Unless I'm too young to know better, in which case there are probably other issues going on that should be addressed, I should know that the natural result of sexual intercourse is pregnancy. If I don't want to get pregnant, then I don't have sex - period. Or at least take the proper precautions, with the understanding it could still result in a pregnancy.

Are you even Catholic? If so do you attend Sunday Mass? Because if you had during the time of the 2008 elections, you would know that most RC bishops all but said "don't vote for Obama", which of course they can't by law. This was entirely due to his stance on abortion. Nothing about illegal immigration, death penalty or wars abroad - was considered to be as serious an issue as this. According to the Church, abortion is an intrinsic evil - there is no justification for it whatsoever.

Also, you must not be aware of bishops in other dioceses advising officials who profess to be RC, while publicly supporting abortion to not present themselves for Holy...
