Great article which articulates what I have been thinking for a while now. It's not so hard to see the handwriting on the wall. However, you fail to mention the impact all this has on our most precious possession: personal liberty. Most fail to appreicate the inextricable link between economic and personal freedom. When the former is lost, the latter is necessarily diminished and eventually lost altogether. If you have no money and there is civil unrest and a breakdown of government services, how does that impact personal liberty? Contemplate it long and hard. None of the scenarios are desirable. That's why the silent majority needs to continue to step up and hold elected officials accountable or better yet, replace them with...

Mr. Turner is making the Founders proud. He is just what they were. Thank you, Mr. Turner. I believe there are citizen champions all around this great country of ours. The GOOOH system would enable them to be chosen, fund and run their campaigns. www.goooh.com

want the same things: control and power. That is why we must think outside the box and choose different folks to represent us. The GOOOH system has a plan to choose and elect true citizen reps (as opposed to political hacks) who will have term limits and no ties to special interest money. Though the R's a re doing well now, they are complicit in the mess we have and, as Mr. Elder points out, they share the "statist" mentality. We need true reps with a strong constitutional foundation. http://www.goooh.com An idea whose time has come!

That's why GOOOH is the solution to this problem. Professional politicians have taken control of the House. GOOOH has a plan for choosing, financing and electing citizen (not "elite") representatives for 2010. Check it out at http://www.goooh.com

We have unsound currency and an unlimited demand for federal spending due to progressive taxation. As long as there are close to 50% who pay little or no federal tax, their appetite for entitlements will be infinite. When they start participating even in a little way by paying federal taxes, that demand will diminish. We need new people in the House who are not professional politicians to make these changes since the others have clearly shown that they are incapable of fundamental change or even cutting spending a few percent.
Insanity is doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different results. Time for GOOOH - Get Out of Our House. http://www.goooh.com Let's get some qualified and extraordinary citizens in...

Repeal the 17th to get representation in the Senate and use the GOOOH process to fix the House and the People would have representation again. http://www.goooh.com

This is the solution. You are but fourth on their list of priorities behind their political careers, special interest money and political party. Is that the representation the Founders meant for us to have? We need regular people in the House. GOOOH has a plan for just that. i believe it is the answer.

are the problem and they need to GOOOH - Get Out Of Our House. This is not a third party, but rather a process by which true citizen reps are selected for the House. These reps will have term limits and will have no ties to special interest money. This is a paradigm shift and will result in competent, well-vetted citizen reps instead of the choices that the parties have been giving us for years.

And we have just the cure. GOOOH - Get Out of Our House. A non-partisan plan to replace all 435 members of the House with citizen reps who will have term limits and no ties to special interest money. It is an idea whose time has come if we want to remain a republic.

Now is the time to clean House and replace them all with people who are not professional politicians. We have had enough from both sides of the aisle. Imagine a rep who was not out for a career in politics, did not owe any party or lobbyist! That is the plan. http://www.goooh.com
