If any other than a Catholic wants to attend a Catholic University then they have to accept it after all as......a Catholic University. Muslims get murdered if they become Christians in many Muslim countries and we Catholics seem to be suckers in inviting the followers of Islam into our schools to undermine our values. The Catholic schools are there as a Christian voice, not a symbol of Mecca where in fact a Christian is forbidden to enter or face death.

Every SCOTUS nominee should be asked to spell the word: REPUBLIC
Beckel has never come across a Marxist position he does not like. He is one of the panelists on Fox's 'FIVE' and every time he opens his mouth I seem to get the feeling he is reading from a socialist teleprompter. Fox is losing me with their continued hiring of progressives and lib apologists. How many more Rivera's, Sheppard's, Colme's, Greta's, Beckel's and even O'Reilly's own shopping channel shilling must I endure. Sometimes I wonder if I am watching MSNBC by mistake.

I have no doubt that Rubio loves his country and that country being his place of birth. But, and here is the crux of the matter. The founders did not wish to allow those who might well share family DUEL loyalties and that is why they needed to establish the Natural Born dictum. To that end: First the parents show they are citizens and it would naturally follow that the child would not be confused about his/her loyalties, to parent or country.

You are absolutely right on both points. Thank You! The term 'Natural' was meant to apply to those born of citizens. Not the happenstance of their place of birth.

Being a poli/sci major I accept your suggestion I might become more informed on left wing issues but that might also mean I also would have to attend either Harvard or Columbia or perhaps take an additional credit course at the New York Times. Yes? It is not settled law; it is disputed. The SCOTUS addressed only one part of the lower court issue and allowed a limited hearing on further and distinct relevant points therein contained in the initial lower court decision. Or might you not have read that? Please direct your further issues, not out of context, but in relation to that which I addressed. My use of caps is for emphasis, not to shout. I learned that in kindergarden and thankfully not a public liberal formum now known as public ed

The issue of Obama being Natural Born WAS NEVER settled by SCOTUS. If he was born in the United States and was eligible as a Natural Born then why does he hide his records and his history and that includes a REAL birth certificate and not a 'certificate of live birth', two of which were altered? And if a real Natural Born then why then does he have a social security number only issued to those either born or living in Connecticut? Rubio is not a Natural Born American citizen either since he was born to parents none of whom were American Citizens at the time of his birth.

Please Stop Sexualizing Our Children

But is is ok for the teachers in states like Mass and Calif to bully children with gay indoctrination? It is the parents decision to explain sex to their 6 year old or chose not to, not the job of a homosexual teacher who appears to be the real bully. I am not tolerant of deviant behavior and you can take that to your GLBT bank of immorality.

DCM, I am conservative and have no interest in invading anyone's bedroom. By the same token I don't want a man in a dress invading the privacy of myself or any other woman when we are in the ladies room. That is actually allowed to happen in Mass. colleges and even the NYC train stations. Sick is as sick does!

Caleb Warner must have been giving one of his libtard professors a hard time and it became a 'get even' issue.
