It's a Christie Thing

Unfortunately, I'm from Jersey....but am leaving as soon as possible so that I can live in an American state. For instance, NJ "representatives" want to take money from the fed to repair the shoreline. Wouldn't it have been American to tell the illegals that the 2.2 billion dollars they receive from NJ tax payers that their cut would be less now that Christie needed the money for the tourism trade down the shore? Instead, affordable housing for the welfare trolls are being built and advertised in welfare communities such as Philly. NJ has become a slum from tunnels to the southern bridge and home owners that are selling to relocate are extorted to pay an exit fee..

All that flippin money we spent all those years going to the shore, paying outlandish prices for rentals, beach tags, food and rides and now I have to pay to rebuild it so that the people there can get rich off of me again? No thank you. This time, put your money aside to rebuild your coastline should nature strike again.

Let me say on the record that I don’t really care about New Jersey. I know very little about it. But, I know this much: I don’t want to live there and I don’t want the rest of the United States to resemble New Jersey.

For me New Jersey is the Joe Piscopo character asking anyone and everyone “Are you from Jersey? I’m from Jersey.”

Also, I’ve never seen the TV show “Jersey Shore,” but still I don’t like it. And know that I don’t want the rest of the country to resemble it, either.

It’s the state that elected...
