Worse,if Comrade Hussein had had his way,he/the US would not have had the intel or assets in place to be able to do anything about OBL,even if they did manage to find him without intel.

Under the policies of Comrade Hussein,the US would be "negotiating" with Afghanistan's Taliban over the 9-11 attack,and OBL would still be safely in Tora Bora.
