How can you blame a man who has been in office less than a year for the sins of 40 years.

I was a financial aid counselor for a college in NYC. We took special interest in EOP students. They got the tutoring that they needed to pass their classes. They were given money to attend schood and help with their expenses, but when they were finished they also had a skill and placement services. We placed 90% of our students.

My mother taught Title I for 20 years. They grabbed under performing students and helped them read. The district found that if they fed the kids something other than sugar for breakfast that they could learn.
