Free Our Veterans Now

Every vet I know is happy with the VA. I'm not sure that the public/private healthcare system in this country is all that great anyway. Also there are some advantages to vets being seen by doctors who are familiar with their problems (agent orange, PTSD, etc.). These could be easily overlooked in the general medical population. The vets should be the ones who decide whether they want to have their care outsourced.
Ron Paul is a lone voice crying in the wilderness. Out of the bunch of Dempublicans, he is the only one who is both trustworthy and has the right approach to the nation's financial situation - our most pressing problem. The rest of them are the problem.

Romney Has The Right Stuff

Gotta say I am disturbed by the number of religious bigot posts. There are so many tangible reasons not to vote for Romney, that it isn't really necessary to throw up your religious beliefs over the rest of us. Religious hatred and bigotry is every bit as damaging and damning as racial or any other kind of bigotry. Better get some self-control or you'll be going to h-e double hockey sticks.

Maybe doing everything he is "supposed" is his problem. He is supposed to tell this group that thing and that group just the opposite. His 180s have my head spinning. The public is woefully tired of politicians who say one thing and do another and Romney is doing it even before the first vote is cast. We need real change in this country, not politicians who promise change, but deliver more of the same. The only one in the entire field with a track record that proves he can be trusted is Ron Paul, yet the Republican Party ties to act like he isn't even there. Wouldn't it be wonderful if the Republican Party actually became the party of change, instead of the party roadblocks and regression?

With a Little Help from Our Fed

Substitute America's and American for the first words in each of these excerpts: 1) Europe’s overall problems, with governments unable to live within their means, and with investors on strike against government bonds and a very shaky banking system, 2) European tax rates are strangling economic growth. And the debt that private investors won’t buy is held by a banking system that is increasingly vulnerable. Another note. Who knows if it was action by the Fed or by China that really pulled this one out? We are loosing it folks!
Apparently only tha parts they want to.
This is the finishing touch to the freedom removals that began with Homeland Security. It will turn us into Nazi Germany or Stalinist Russia. Our government is intentionally breeding a climate of fear so that they can slowly take away our liberties. The one thing I don't understand is why so many Americans are willing to sit by and let it happen. People! Stand up for your freedom and get these guys out of office, or one day you'll wake up like the Germans wondering what happened to your country and why your friends/family have disappeared! Dude. Are you posting this on every single article? Please knock it off. It is disrupting the conversation flow.
The President, no matter who he is, should not be bad-mouthing the country & the citizens who put him in office! This is like your defense attorney telling the jury you should be sent to jail. Maybe Mr. Obama's friends/acquaintances have been lazy, but people I know have been working multiple jobs or double shifts just to make ends meet since their higher paying jobs were shipped overseas.. How dare Mr. Obama blame Americans for the failure of the Executive & Legislative branches to do the jobs they are being paid to do? He should be ashamed of himself. I am.
C'mon. If the left is doing this to the right, the right was doing it to the left during Clinton's days.
