Congratulations, and good for you. Time well spent in my opinion. I'd prefer a large lawsuit placed in the works anyway, as we no doubt both expect once a back is turned, the worm will turn again, with a vengeance. Hence, a very harsh set of lessons is required, or at the least, a definitive breaking point lesson. Perhaps a sustained and continuous as large as possible "flyer assault" over the immediate time period is a very good method, with a constant trickling follow up into any sustainable future. Break them down, talk to her and present the idea when you get a chance, see what can be done, perhaps you already have.

Unfortunately, in most cases, the administrators will face no punishment. If there is a fine the school, AKA the taxpayers, will pay it. No one will be fired or disciplined either.
