Government employees have no rights. They do not generate income therefore have no rights to say how much pay they receive or how many entitlements. Government employees work for the private sector and only the private sector has the ability to determine their worth and set their salaries. In any other setting unionized government employees would be considered criminals because the unions do allow government employees to extort the private sector for their own personal gain without earning it. Government statistics show that government employees make 40% more than private sector workers, receive 80-times the benefits and only do 43% as much work.
