Joycey, do you get the feeling that there are far too few people in the country today who think of the commies in the same way we felt about them up until a little over a dozen years ago? I do: And, I'm concerned. I think they are just as dangerous as ever, perhaps more so because, for some reason, the word communist doesn't seem to raise peoples hackles the way it once did.
In this country they feel secure, Henrietta. But, with Obama in the White House another four years, that might change, since he would need them no more.
I would bet that they're there already, Rich. They are a bunch of pests, though, aren't they?
Oh, they'll manage to sugar coat it alright, 1654. You have to remember the truth is not a thing that hinders them. I do believe, though, that there message is not going to find the listening (or believing) ears it found in '08.
Okay: So, this idiot replied to the wrong post. Are you now going to use that as justification for gay marriage? Anybody here say anything about Brittany Spears being a standard for moral conduct?
Anybody here say anything about Brittany Spears being a standard for moral conduct?
Try this one GGG: Perhaps it's because most people know that a couple of "drunk idiots" will eventually sober up and be reasonably normal people. But, sober or drunk a gay couple is not going to be considered normal by most people when they leave the preserves mentioned in your post. I don't even believe they will be considered normal by the overwhelming majority of people in the states wherein they are wed, --- just legal.
I can not see any discrimination in restricting marriage to a union between one woman and one man? Any unmarried man has the right to marry any woman whom he chooses as long as she is not already married and of legal age --- and, of course, who is agreeable to becoming his wife. I have that right just as does every other man. I do not have the right, however, to marry another man, just as is the case with any other man. So where’s the discrimination? A gay might claim that he does not find women attractive: Okay, then he, just as all men, has the right to remain single.

Does Anyone Still Like Obama?

I believe the democrats are hoping for some excuse to deep six this guy. But, they really have a problem on their hands: How do they do that without forever alienating their most reliable voting bloc? Well, actually they have two problems on their hands: If they don't get rid of him now; they might never have another chance. --- Same problems the rest of us have, actually. I say that, for the sake of our country, we'd all better get our acts together and dump him in November.

As Predicted Democrats Abandoning Obama

Williboy, don't you think it says a lot of negative about your sincerity when you come here and agree with the administration you supposedly want out of office, while even when important members of that party are themselves expressing views more favorable to his opponent than you are? Get with the program already, boy. Ron Paul is a good and decent American and it will be one of the ironies of all time if he is remembered in history as inspiring people such as yourself to return Obama to the White House --- just because he did not get the nomination. Come on willyboy, it was/is a free and open campaign and Ron Paul was clearly far from the winner. It's time to circle the wagons and defeat Obama.
