Quite the opposite of BHO who has as his motto: Demand of Government what you don't feel like providing for yourself. You are entitled to the harvest of others because they didn't build it. We must use government to share the wealth.

You're right...there should be a Congressional White Caucus! That would highlight the fact the the Congressional Black Caucus purely a racial group, as would be all the other specially named organizations.
No one will blame the drugs or alcohol. It was the gun...or the car! Can't blame the person their actions, cause they must have been born that way!
Romney and Ryan caved on raising taxes on the campaign, by saying they'd close loopholes. However, what they really meant, for the most part, they were going to cap deductions. Mortgage and charitable deductions were two prominent ones mentioned. If you want less of something, you tax it more. Capping mortgage deduction will hurt the housing industry, and capping charitable deductions will hurt charities. Boehner needs to pass a bill to extend current rates for ALL tax brackets, and appropriately fund the Defense Department, then adjourn the House. If the Senate, or the President refuse to pass the bill, it is they that took the country over the fiscal cliff.

The Democrats have done a great job of dividing individuals into one or more "victim" groups; racial identity or minority classification, sex and/or sexual persuasion, and even marital status, and then they development a message for each. Republicans seem to concentrate more on the individual, individual freedom and individual responsibility, and self-initiative; and hand ups, not hand outs. Unfortunately that message just doesn't convince a significant number of the "victim" groups to change the voter trends of voting for the candidates that promise the most "things", purchased on credit. Who has that perfect message? Please share it!

The Afghanistan war is turning into another Vietnam...Hands are tied by political strings. Coincidentally (?), LBJ (D) got us into Vietnam, Obama(D) escalated our presence in Afghanistan, because he wanted the same success there that Bush had in Iraq with the surge. But Obama's rules-of-engagement substantially changed how and when, and under what circumstances our troops could engage the enemy, just as LBJ did in Vietnam. It's time to fully engage or get out.

Trickle down prosperity--isn't that what Obama wants to do. Trickle down the prosperity from the Government via welfare, food stamps, etc. He just wants the control of how the wealth is trickled down. It's about CONTROL. If he has the Money...it is Obama Cash.
