Can you EVEN read??? The link to the 2012 Budget is simply a spending bill - not a madated, comprehensive budget. Here is the second sentence of the article: "This massive budget bill, that was passed by the House with a 296-121 vote on Friday and cleared the Senate on Saturday with a 67-32 vote, will be the year-long spending for the Military Construction-VA, Defense, Energy-Water, Financial Services, Homeland Security, Interior-Environment, Labor-HHS-Education, Legislative Branch and State-Foreign Operations." How can YOU be believed if you cannot even back up your claims? What a PUTZ!

Does NOT MEAN A BUDGET DUMB@ZZ. It was a continuing spending resolution. If it were the COmprehensive Budget, it would include the ENTIRE Government. For you to not recognize this proves either: 1) you are a complete moron; or, 2) you are willingly peddling the BS of the Left.
