On the campaign trail last week Joe Biden said that Planned Parenthood “under law cannot perform any abortion.” The vice president was responding to Romney’s position that he would defund Planned Parenthood. The obvious problem with Biden’s remark is that it does – big time:

At first glance it looks like genetics (and probably to some percentage, it is)...BUT
If one looks at Attendance Records, Class Participation Records, Criminal Records, Other School Infractions, Attitude, etc., etc., etc.... there is a plethora of reasons they don't do well!
Simply changing standards based upon race and/or skin color is the School Board's Cop-Out!
Fix the BOEs first, fire worthless teachers and to hell with their Union & hire better teachers, require parental participation and maybe they wouldn't need to use such a stupid sliding scale... Just Sayin'...
