Answer to the main question asked, Chicago,Detroit, Los Angles and Baltimore. As for moral decay and heinous acts of violence they only appear to be a problem when it is not the government committing them, Waco and Ruby Ridge come to mind.
Who isn't sickened by the moral decay and heinous acts of violence across our country? My heart and prayers continue to go out to victims everywhere.
