I was a small businessman under the mayorship of Dinkins and Giuliani. Dinkins and his supporters complained for years that NYC was unmanageable. In comes Rudy and within six months improvements were noticeable. Giuliani demonstrated through his two terms that NYC was, indeed, manageable. All it takes is good ideas, leadership and competent people to carry out the plans. Anyone notice the similarity with Obama and Dinkins? derekcrane
