Once you get something like abortion going, who gets aborted will always be decided by those with power and/or influence.
Today in America, with liberals in position of influence in academia, media, Hollywood, and conservatives opposed to abortion when they gain power, its blacks that get aborted most often.

Right now, Canadian politicians all cross the border with their families to use the american health system whenever they (or they familes0 need it.
After Obamass implements Canadian government-run health care system southof the border, where the #@%* are Canadian politicians supposed to go? For that matter where will Obamass and all the American senators go for health care?
I mean in education at least there ARE private schools that Obamass can shove his daugthers to, while killing the voucher system for plantation blacks and poor whites.
Shouldn't there be a similar system to protect politicians from the government-run health care?
They work so hard and do so much for everyone.
