What about the costs involved in caring for career criminals or third generation welfare receipients? There is no prospect of their ever being self-sufficient, yet the benefits they receive often eclipse the benefits earned by the working families who shoulder the expense of their upkeep. Why cant we suction out THEIR brains and call it a post-birth abortion?
