Please answer my question of long ago. The U.S. Constitution requires that ALL REVENUE BILLS originate in the House of Representatives and sent to the Senate for concurrence. This bill originated in the senate, with the supposition that it was a legal mandate, NOT A TAX. SCOTUS ruled that this was a TAX. Does this not invalidate the entire law.

Of course. But on many points, the Constitution is ignored. EO's get me very angry, yet they come down, often. When questioned, other President's doings are quoted, as if two wrongs make a right.

The POHS in the WH has to date circumvented the congress with 923 EO's that's more than all of the presidents since washington. Romney forgot to put the nail in the cofin last wens. night. He should've looked at the camera and said: do you want socialism or capitalism, that's what this election is about!!!

A president who says “I haven’t raised taxes” has authorized his Internal Revenue Service issue a “final rule” that will illegally tax some 12 million individuals, plus large employers, in as many as 40 states beginning in 2014. Oklahoma’s attorney general has asked a federal court to block this rule. Members of Congress have introduced legislation in both the House and the Senate to quash it.

At first glance, it might not seem that the IRS is up to anything...
