Well, I know something about women, they're just like every other human being, they want to be appreciated. As a radiologist, I've had many women employees and to tell them that they have done a good job in a particular case, they grin and shiver like a little puppy and they should with a job well done. And men are no different. Everyone likes to be appreciated, too bad we don't tell our spouses, friends and fellowworkers "job well done" enough.

Sometimes men should shut up and be good listeners. Especially when the issue is about women. What do men know?

Nonetheless, we males still know something about the issue of working mothers versus stay-at-home mothers. After all, some of our favorite mothers were and are working or stay-at-home moms.

We’re sensitive, too — and a tad squeamish — when we see the scab...
