I have heard Pan Stenzel and others conceived through rape. Do you honestly believe that women who are raped and who get their menstrual periods on time are disappointed they aren't pregnant by the rapist? The fact is that many aren't going to carry to term. We need to work on reducing rape and pregnancies from rape.

Recently, Ann Coulter wrote a controversial column suggesting that numerous Republican losses in the 2012 election cycle could be tied to the GOP stance on abortion.
