Female vs. Male Senators

I have never heard a feminist acknowledge that most modern women are by nature afraid and most literally depend on a paternal government to protect them from everything, from the men in their lives (i.e., Violence Against Women Act) to the right to defy reason, logic and personal responsibility (e.g., Affirmative Action, No-Fault Divorce, Abortions on Demand, etc.). The relationship between feminism (i.e., female-chauvinism) and big government and the promotion of every leftwing cause should be obvious due to the weaker sex’s natural and apparent fear of everything & perpetual need for “security” in all facets of their respective lives. This is of course reflected in how they vote. Economist John Lott, author of the book...

Oh, phooey, 70% of Asians voted for him, which surprised me since they are not all women or on welfare nor do their men shirk their responsibilities. It is who has their best interests and will protect them from unjust prejudice that matters.. Successful minorities in this climate have to work three times as hard as the white majority, so they can never fully trust those that want a Christian theocracy or have only white males in control.

Well then as now, too many men were irresponsible drunks and shirked their responsibility to their families. It didn't work, but that is why we had prohibition. Men need to get the lazy drunks, etc under control, or the women, who are normally afraid of a little mouse, become lionesses when it comes to getting protection for their children.

"Freedomnomics", went back to the 1980s to see what happens when women get the right to vote. His findings? In every single case, when women were granted a franchise at age 18, the cost of government immediately raised as women, particularly single women, started voting for the candidates who would create more government spending programs designed to provide women with security at the expense of the mostly male income taxpayer base. Mr. Obama is just the latest in a long line of politicians pandering to the de facto rulers of modern American Society: single & divorced women who expect responsibility-optional, consequence-free life styles subsidized by the majority-male peon taxpayer population. These are the “women in need” to whom...

As the son of a woman, the husband of a woman and the father of daughters and granddaughters, I celebrate the record number of females who are now United States senators. However, I do see some differences in the way these and other women are treated, depending on their party, policies and beliefs.

Diane Sawyer broadcast a celebratory report last week on ABC's "World News Tonight" on which she gushed about the "record number" of 20 female senators. Senator Barbara Mikulski, D-Md., also praised the Senate female population. Senator Barbara Boxer, D-Calif., said she won't be satisfied until there are 50...
