He also mentioned the mindset of the urban crowd who make up the majority of Federal Employees. They don't like to show up for work, take long breaks, talk on the phone to their friends etc. He says they are specialized ie if you are the stapler of papers - no one else is allowed to staple etc. Federal Unions and our tax dollars at work!

Same scene happens everywhere where unions are strong. Unions inhibit growth, cause inflation, and ultimately promote unemployment for those not in unions. Unions are a lose lose proposition for all those not in them.
