The only way to fix this problem is to force all donors to disclose their name and address, not just the ones contributing over $200. In this Internet age it's not a burden for small donors to do that. This would clamp down on mystery donors who break contribution laws by repeatedly contributing under the $200 limit. It's a sketchy loophole that a lot of politicians, including the Obama Presidential campaign, are driving through with a mac-truck.
