The Oil gush is one thing to track, but the gush of unaccountable spending in Congress with no proposed budget to stop it must be checked immediately. It is Day 69 with no budget resolution.
We, the People, must demand no more rationalized "emergency" spending bills without a locked-down budget for the coming year, with all its warts exposed. We need to place Congress on an envelope system, so they can learn money management. (Imagine the scene from "I Remember Mama" counting the money out for each expense so the family "would not have to go to the bank.")

How sad these new zealots do not recognize the bounty that Americans have always shared with the world. Has the newly written history of the US eliminated all records of the Shining City on a Hill. Zinn, Damon and Friends succeeded in this country, not in spite of, but by way of the Republic's liberties and opportunities. Their education gave them the foundation to excel.

The combination of this group and the Safe School Czar Jennings would exponentially reduce the intelligence of the American student. The politically correct crowd's agendas are convoluted Re-Thinking. We will need to train the next generations to master balancing a budget before they redistribute anything.
