There is a state assemblyman in Riverside proposing just such a thing. Keep San Diego and Orange County in Sanity so you have coastal access. SD was conservative for many years and may still have hope. OC is still an island of Red in a sea of Blue! Ahhh, if only this could come true. We would see a return to the State I was born in and was so successfu!
