You are right, but we are NOT going to get the government to agree, so the best way is to handle it socially. Would you want to share a dorm room with someone who is gay, even if they are the same sex? My brother had a gay roommate for two hours. The roommate asked for a new one after he realized life would be he** with my brother. How many times does this guy have to be punched in the groin before he realizes that he really isn't a female? I don't think it will take that much.

I disagree slightly. If you HAD plumbing on the outside, you're still a male even if it is cut off. You still have Y chromosomes.

Although I personally really don't care, I do remember when my daughter was 8 and were given the volunteer duty of cleaning some public restrooms. Afterwards, my daughter solemnly look at me and said "Now I know why men and women have different restrooms. Men like to pee on the walls." I have two daughters and two sons and I think they could handle a pervert in the wrong restroom. We should handle this socially rather than legally, because legally doesn't work!

55 years on this earth as a woman, including one of them in Europe, and I have yet to see women's genitalia in a public restroom. Women do their business in the stalls. The closest I've come is seeing women nursing, albeit discreetly. So if "Jennifer" pulls out his member in the restroom, it would be even more proof that he is there for jollies, not for what women are there to do. Personally, if a man were in a restroom and exposed himself, I would point and laugh rather loudly. But if he walks in, goes quietly into a stall, comes out, washes his hands and leaves, who cares?

I was in Europe for the Bush vs Kerry election. I never heard anything positive about Bush, and never anything negative about Kerry on the news. I "learned" Kerry was a huge war hero. I "learned" Bush made up serving in the military. Etc. etc. Europeans were sure Bush would lose by a 95-5 margin. Nobody would possibly vote for Bush. When he won, they were flabbergasted. I tried to explain part of it was about taxes. "Americans don't even PAY taxes" I was told. "They have enough money without taxing the people there." Really? Love that media!
