Before we had GMO food, hundreds of thousands of people died of the flu. By your reasoning, we can conclude that lack of GMO food causes people to be more susceptible of dying of flu. Like you said, there's lots of reasons we're having a bad flu season. Show a study that clearly links flu susceptibility to GMO food consumption and you've got a smoking gun. Otherwise it's just speculation fueled by your bias in favor of 'organic' food.

But that leaves plenty of room to take things wildly out of context.
