What an irresponsible article. If the Judge wrote this after Obama was defeated, ok. But to write this now, he's encouraging everyone who wants to make a "protest" vote for Paul and Johnson and if enough of them vote, they could swing the election to Obama. It's been done before. Way to go, Judge. You're such a "purist" that you could bring down the country. Romney-Ryan is far better than Obama- Biden even if they aren't the "perfect" choice.

You and your co-opinionists always assume that anybody who would vote for Paul or Johnson must be stealing a vote from Romney. That is not the case. I know many, many former Obama supporters who would rather vote for liberty this time around. In fact, I'd bet that Paul/Napolitano would pull more votes from Obama than Romney.

Say what you want and, by all means, vote your conscience, but a lesser evil is still evil.

The Judge is honest. It's refreshing.

We are in terrible straits this presidential election. We have a choice between a president who has posed more of a danger to personal freedom than any in the past 150 years and a Republican team that wants to return to Bush-style big government.

President Barack Obama has begun to show his hand at private fundraisers and in unscripted comments during his campaign. And the essence of his revelations is dark. His vision of a shared prosperity should frighten everyone who believes in freedom, because it is obvious that the president doesn't. He believes the federal government...
