Fetus is Latin for "little one" which is what a baby is, after all. A little, innocent, human being. When the difference between a legal murder (abortion) and an illegal one is simply geography. And that meaningless line has become blurred by the procedure called "partial birth abortion" which is nothing of the kind. This process is not what it sounds like. What is involved is an abortionist (murderer) extending a forceps inside the uterus and finding the baby's still soft skull and crushing it. At that point, it is a simple matter to draw the remains of the murdered corpse outside the mother's (accessory to the murder) body and disposing of it in the medical waste bin at the site of the murder.
