"Maybe you can put God or Nature on trial for killing all those innocent babies?" By your logic, murder of an old person would be justified by the fact that many of them die natural deaths anyway. Really, few things make a stronger case for abortion being wrong than the arguments of those who try to prove it's not wrong.

A little over a year ago, Arizona Governor Jan Brewer signed a bill into law prohibiting abortions based on race or gender.

Under the new Arizona statute, doctors and other medical professionals would face felony charges if they could be shown to have performed abortions for the purposes of helping parents select their offspring on the basis of gender or race.

"Governor Brewer believes society has a responsibility to protect its most vulnerable -- the unborn -- and this legislation is consistent with her strong pro-life track record," a spokesman said.
