First of all, you can thank private corporations in this country that began labeling consumer products in both English and Spanish 20/30 years ago which enabled and encouraged illegal Hispanics to NOT learn English. There are supposed to be QUOTAS imposed on each country. Mexico alone has fulfilled it's quota, if there was one, for the next 50 years. Why is this article headlined, "The GOP's Immigration Mess"? How is it their mess?
