GOP Has Latino Options

Are "Latinos" an independent, autonomous enclave in this country or are they fkg Americans? Why are they being coddled and catered to? If you're here in this country and have VALUES, then your race or ethnicity shouldn't fkn matter. Why isn't there an effort to win the Chinese vote, or the Samoan vote, or the Eskimo vote?

As a conservative, there's one voter I'd gladly give up: That's you, Daz2.

Although you may have a nearly cogent point buried deeply in your post, you mostly come off as a 'fkg' ignoramus. I hate the fact that people like you denigrate any intelligent debate to a childish rant of F this group, F that group... et. al. The only group I truly despise are close-minded, ignorant idiots on both sides of the polictical spectrum.

Democrats make a message for a particular group or voting bloc and promise them whatever they want. Republicans can tailor their message to Latinos, no problem, by emphasizing things important to Latinos.

And that's different from just plain pandering like the Dems do, as long as we don't promise conflicting things to different groups.

Here, here Daz2!

Mr Reagan wants the GOP to be just like the libs - playing group politics. Groups are NOT what made America great - individual Americans made America great. The political class just can't get their heads around that concept. The political class are idiots. To the short bus with them...

No wonder Republicans can't even get 40 percent of Latino votes in a presidential election.

When Mitt Romney made his first big push to appeal to Latinos earlier this week in Texas, he hammered the "Obama economy" for being "particularly hard on Hispanic businesses and Hispanic Americans."

He pointed out the grim statistics -- an unemployment rate for Latinos of 11 percent and a poverty rate of 30 percent. And he stressed that the Obama regime's economic policies are hostile to the small businesses and entrepreneurs that traditionally provide many of the jobs in the Hispanic community.

Everything Romney said was...
