Suggested federal policy to integrate illegal immigrants into American society: 1. Welcome and banish them to Alaska for a period of 5 years so that they can patriotically work on improving the infrastructure there. 2. Encourage them to apply for citizenship, and place their applications at the bottom of the stack. 3. Require them to pay all retroactive federal taxes and a penalty fine. 4. Ensure that they are exempt from receiving any government entitlement programs. 5. After their 5 year probationary period, grant citizenship to them if they do not violate any national laws. 6. Ensure that they are not permitted to vote in any municipal, state or federal election for at least 25 years.
