Now is a fine time for the Tea Party to offer to Republican politicians this tactic to effectively reverse the tables on Barack Obama with regard to his demands that the debt ceiling be increased. Take a page from the conniver-in-chief’s playbook by purposely doing nothing soon in order to create a crisis. Then two weeks before the government could go broke, publicly challenge Barack Obama to fulfill the presidential obligation which he has failed to do for the past 4 years - PROPOSE AND ENACT a budget before any other fiscal matters will be discussed in Congress. Remind him that a complete printed budget proposal must be submitted for review and consideration in Congress 5 days before any discussion would begin.

Later if any budget proposal for 2013 would be approved, again publicly challenge the thief-in-chief to submit a detailed proposal to justify his demand that the debt ceiling be raised, and insist that Congress must have 5 days to review and consider it before debate.
