If Barack Otrauma is serious about "meaningful action" to curb firearm violence, let him propose a new law whereby the death penalty must apply to anyone who uses a firearm in the commission of a crime. And to ensure that the death penalty is carried out in a humane manner, allow the criminal to choose his or her personal method of execution from any of the procedures currently used to abort a fetus, thereby liberally ensuring that no torture is involved.
