Science is not done by 'consensus'.
One may present an hypothesis, put
that hypothesis to the test,
interpret the data, formulate a conclusion from
that interpretation and have it peer reviewed.
This does not yet make it a 'fact'. Others must
attempt to reproduce the experiment, and other experiments of different kinds may yield contradictory results.

A theory must stand the test of time and rigorous experiments of all kinds must support
it before it is called a Law.

To commit an entire global policy on mathematical models that extrapolate future 'facts' from data that may or may not be accurate is not only NOT scientific, but
dangerous.

Weather forecast models are increasingly inaccurate...

Science is not about being liberal or conservative. It is about uncovering
a truth, one that is reproducible by
anyone doing a similar experiment with
appropriate controls. Yes, mathematical
models are helpful in probable predictions of weather, for example, but even then, their accuracy is inversely proportional with time as the variables involved are too complex for long range (even 5 -10 day) predictions to be on the mark.
Climatological predictions suffer from a lack of understanding of all the factors that induce climate change. Yes, atmospheric constituents are one factor, but they are far outweighed by solar input. The 'solar constant' itself is a misnomer, for although sol does emit energy that hardly...

Yes, it is only with G-d as the Authority of our
morality can we maintain the social fabric. A nation that turns away from G-d cannot stand.

G-d gives us the commandments to keep us safe, blessings follow if we abide in them. Choose Life, G-d urges us, for in turning away from them we most certainly are cursed.
