I will take issue with the 14 percent number in that article. That is the U-3 number which is calculated based on number of people on unemployment assistance. The (real) U-6 Number is much higher, north of 20 percent.

In 13 wards in Philadelphia, reports the Inquirer, President Barack Obama received 99 percent of the vote!
