The Consitution is CERTAINLY a conservative ( limited government ) document. The whole bill of rights is LIMITS on what the government is allowed to do. The Declaration of Independence was casting off the centralized govt control of the British Empire. Go read the Federalist papers before spouting off about the Constitution as a 'liberal' document.

If AGW was true, and the amount of C02 has always been going up...the temperature CANNOT BE lower than it was in any previous year. If the temperature for one year is lower than the previous year the whole theory is FALSE. But of course people with half an ounce of common sense( and humility) already knew that.

mean to say evaporating away , not draining away..

I have a new theory. We know that sunlight dries up water ( you can observe this on any sidewalk during summertime ). The ocean covers 2/3 of the planet and therefore is exposed to double the amount of sunlight the land is exposed to. Therefore the oceans are draining away as we speak! I need funding for a solar shield for the oceans. I have several computer models which show this is definitely happening.

You know what my favorite atheist story is? The one where they claim everything in the world just APPEARED magically. They are SURE of this, even though this insanely stupid idea (that intelligent beings spouted from nothing) they are also positive that Christianity has it wrong. You cannot prove a negative but their ignorance sure can negate a positive.
