Not for the reason you would, apparently. If his birth location were not clear, he was the child of a foreign national, was documented to have spent some if not much of his youth growing up in a foreign country, and he had a record of hiding confirming information (like his college application records just as an example), then YES. I would expect that election officials would DO THEIR JOB and validate ANY potential candidate against the minimum requirements for the office which they seek. And by the way, validation means a legitimate proving document, not just a personal claim, even in writing. And Lowlo, legitimate means - full trustworthy for its purpose. Even the lame folks at the DMV have a list of what counts and what does not as a proving document.
