I am saddened by the posts I see here. This is not about race. It is about the United States of America being the first nation to be established according to law. We have no monarch, no common national identity, no racial commonality, all we have is the Constitution and without that we have no legitimate reason to exist as a nation. We have, and must enforce, all of our laws, or we are nothing.
You cannot be an immigrant if the Constitution does not recognize you or your entry into the country. You can only be an alien, illegally in this country.

This doesn't have anything to do with religion. Church and State, remember? Law, Constitution, remember? Doesn't have anything to do with immigation. Illegally entered country, Law? America's only claim to being a legitimate country is the Consitution, we have no god given right (a monarch), no singular national identity (the dutch, germans, french) all we have is the Constitution and if we don't honor that, we have nothing. No legitimate reason to exist.
