I used to teach medical students at LSU. The thought of flunking out or holding back a black student was enough to get a professor fired. You were not allowed to do this. The consequence is that many doctors are running around who don't really know their stuff.

Who said he had a C average in high school? Besides, he was well placed and that is how you get into an Ivy League school. Now what is the value of such an education? Try zero. I know many from Harvard and they are as dumb as rocks.

Let me explain what "Medicare fraud" is. If your doctor bills Medicare and any note that he wrote is misplaced, not in the chart, lost, etc. then he has committed Medicare fraud. Do you really want to eliminate Medcare fraud? Pack up all foreign born and foreign trained doctors and send them home. This will eliminate about 70 to 80% of fraud and unnecessary procedures. You see, that is why they are here, to get rich and bill Americans out the ear. I am a doc and have seen the system work. Also, reduce the number of doctors. This will reduce the amount of utilization. 90% of the people that I see don't need to see me! But try conviencing them of that fact.

I lived in the South when the CRA was passed. It was not needed. It allowed the Feds to get into our lives and they have stayed there. It is the basis for the idiocity that incorporates the critics of the Arizona law. How stupid is it that we can not look at Hispanics to determine their imigration or citizen status when we have a major problem with only Hispanics breaking our laws? If left alone, the situation in the South would have worked out, especially as the law has created resentment in the races.
