It's a done deal. Of course Kagen picked up the phone on Friday night and told BHO of the vote. The SCOTUS finally and sadly collapses to the beltway media. The blather of the last two days is merely sharpening the tip of the spear that will be used to poke the Country during the spring and summer victory laps coming our way - 'how dare you doubt me, I won' Remember he 'warned' SCOTUS on Monday. What? You're attempting to spin this idiotic behavior on the part of the President as evidence that the law will NOT be overturned? Interesting viewpoint. VERY hard to support with any logic, but interesting.

One of the highly developed talents of President Barack Obama is the ability to say things that are demonstrably false, and make them sound not only plausible but inspiring.

That talent was displayed just this week when he was asked whether he thought the Supreme Court would uphold ObamaCare as constitutional or strike it down as unconstitutional.

He replied: "I'm confident that the Supreme Court will not take what would be an unprecedented, extraordinary step of overturning a law that was passed by a strong majority of a democratically elected Congress."

But how unprecedented would it actually be if the Supreme Court declared a...
