The Lost Liberals

Leftists are mostly people who traveled in Europe while they were students and with wide-eyed naivete became enamored with everything European, including European socialism. It all seems so good when you are a young college student hiking around, with no job, no need to raise a family. In reality, Europeans are mostly stuck in extended childhood, dependent on the state and parents, well into their mid to late 30's, and have 0 to one kids because they can't afford it, paying all that tax and living in one-room apartments in the cities, and because having kids would interfere with their own childlike life.
