Questions Obama now must be asked. Why when General Ham advised Washington that he had a rapid response team ready to go was he told to stand down? Why when General Ham told his deputy, General Rodqriquez, that he was going to send in the team regardless, did General Rodriquez have General Ham arrested and relieved of duty?

Sorry, I'm hearing it through my brothers in arms network. However on Thursday Leon Panetta did state that General Rodriquez will be officially relieving General Ham of duties of Africa Command in the near future.
