No Reservations: The Case for Dismantling the Indian Bureaucracy

So, if someone came to your house, killed you and your family, as well as you neighbors for good measure, then moved into your home, and declared it was theirs now because the previous occupants were not around any more, that would be ok. with any relatives who survived, being told to "get over it". That would be fair? to whom? certainly not to you or do you accept the fact that humans have done these kind of actions in the past and while it may not be fair to you, hey "life is not fair". My point is that what happend to Tribal Peoples was wrong, legally, and morally, people can rationalize it any way they want it is still wrong! If you don't like what I am saying, "get over it".
