Where are you getting your "history"? Is it from the anti-gay groups that routinely distort the results of legitimate studies to "prove" that children of gay parents are disadvantaged? If it is, you should know that many researchers have complained that their work was misused and distorted. They include Professor Greg Remafedi of the University of Minnesota, who has complained about how such organizations have misused his work. Judith Stacey, professor of sociology at NYU, is another. And Dr. Theodora Sirota, a Seton Hall University research professor. To reach their conclusions, anti-gay groups often cite studies that did not even include households headed by same-sex couples in their samples, and they never own up tp their dishonesty.
In the wake of the U.S. elections, the onslaught of war in the Middle East, and the seemingly endless attacks on the family both here and abroad, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. And if we’re not careful, it’s then easy to adopt of posture of indifference and give up the fight.

Yet in the darkest hour, or what appears to be the darkest hour, it’s remarkable how God sends a reminder that all is not lost, that evil will not triumph, and that the family is still revered.
