Under the law, children are not allowed to "consent" to any sexual act -- that's why sex between adults and children is lllegal, and it's why most pedophiles (people attracted to children) do NOT become child molesters. The terms pedophilia and child molestation tend to be used interchangably, but they shouldn't be. Sex between consenting adults is altogether different, and most homosexuals have done nothing illegal or unethical.
