refreshing honesty about your taxes. I'd wager you would pay your share for the right to vote.

My next door neighbor is from Pakistan. He is currently waiting for a green card and is not a citizen. However, he owns this house and the land it sits on. He currently has it up for sale because his card is taking so long to get in, and he might need to move elsewhere to get a new job. So, what we have here is a foreign national, from a country we hold highly suspicious, on an expired status in the US, who OWNS a home and land next to me. I like him and his family, but the above facts are flabbergasting at best.

It seems to me that Stenger is not interested in the truth, or has a shallow understanding. I'd wager the former. He, and other left leaning propagandists have learned that they can put a lie out there with less effort than it will take for those who defend the truth to knock it down. Give it a platform like a national magazine with print and online content, and it is bound to stick with some groups of people who are too lazy to do their own homework. We see this in most everything. Movies, documentaries, elections, etc. He knew what he was printing wasn't factual. That's not the point. There is a larger agenda at hand. I just hope that the majority of this country can wake up before the carpet is pulled from beneath us.
Sounds like it is time for you to leave Detroit....
Millionaires pay large tax rates...larger than yours I presume. Corporations on the other hand, find many ways to get out. Just ask Obama's buddy CEO Immelt...who like others cozy up to their politicians so that they can find new revenue streams by using bureaucracies like the EPA to regulate their competition into the pits of hell over junk science. Don't pull the class warfare stuff. It's as old as the race card and starving granny. wake up.
This is driving me crazy. Obama proposes more tinkering with the tax code to "soak the rich". The rich will not get soaked, they will simply invest elsewhere or stop buying. Want to them on depreciating a jet? Fine, they'll make up for it elsewhere. Do the math. No amount of increases will add up to putting a dent in this problem. And if it did, have the last 10 years promoted any good faith between the people and their government on spending? We only know that for every dollar they get, they will find new ways to spend it. So why give them more? Time for them to get serious about their spending problem and start cutting this largess down to size. Not a penny more.

And who do you suppose writes them now? Do you know? Do you believe them to be more studied or of serious intellect? I've seen my kid's books, and I'm not impressed. Do some research on the American Textbook Council. The deeper you dig, the less impressed you will be...scratch that, I forgot who I was responding to.

Whatever. Right or wrong, you put a lot of effort to try to prove Sarah said something in error. Kind of like how hard the media is working to find one nasty email out of 24,000 released this weekend. Take a look at the post "Texas Cuernos" posted above? Would you kindly post just as long and boring of a post to explain all of Obama's slip-ups? And by the way, I've seen a lot of historians reluctantly come out and support Palin's words on Paul Revere. So, how does your opinion on a town hall blog measure up?
