I'm not surprised that Brent didn't like Ted. Actually, I can't recall him writing about any comedy he has ever enjoyed. If only the movie execs would do a feature length Flipper, Green Acres, or Petticoat Junction. However, Brent is certainly entitled to his opinion. However, giving away the ending of a movie is pretty bad form. It really doesn't matter if your liberal or conservative. It is common courtesy give a "Spoiler Alert". Not doing so speaks to the author's character.
