Please note that the parties prohibited from making laws about religion are the Congress of the United Staes. It says that "Congress" can make no laws. That means neither for or against. Note also, that the restriction in on the "Congress of the United States" , and not state or local governing bodies. Please read the constitution, before you comment on it.
